Born into a household that constantly eats, I started cooking when I was eight years old. Surrounded by my mother who herself is an accomplished cook and by my grandmother whom I learned the art of baking, it was only natural that some day I would become a chef and share my food experiences with everyone.
For years I have delighted my friends with dessert parties and lavish dinners. I integrate the skills I learned from the teachings of my grandmother and my personal travels throughout Europe. Additionally, I have been educated at the California Culinary Academy, the Rhode School of Cuisine, and I have taken classes in Tuscany, Italy.
From my intimate dinner parties for 4, to baking for over 65 guests, my passion is to achieve a high quality of cuisine sensations to please every discriminating palette.
Healthy, fresh, and appealing cuisine is one of my specialties when I prepare any menu. However, if you crave cream, chocolate, and cheese, I can make you drool for my desserts!
Ultimately, I make my guests smile and nothing makes me happier to see people enjoying my food creations. I am a certified and active member of the United States Personal Chef Association and licensed through the city of San Francisco and insured. Photography by Frederick Ferrer.
